As part of our commitment to reducing inequalities and supporting children’s health and wellbeing, Torbay Public Health funded the successful implementation of a Free School Meal (FSM) Auto-Enrolment process. Organisations and Residents in Torbay urged to Help Prevent Drug Overdoses
An innovative programme that aims to decrease drug-related deaths, reduce stigma and promote treatment and recovery is up and running in Torbay. Find out how you can get trained to administer naloxone and save a life, or how your organisation can get setup to offer naloxone to people you work with. This is especially important if you work with anyone who is at risk of overdose, or likely to witness an overdose.

Recognising that each local authority area has it’s distinct make up of population demographics, environmental and social economic factors, more detailed local implementation plans have been developed by each area. The Torbay Suicide and Self-harm Prevention Plan details how local organisations and groups work in partnership to reduce suicide in the population.
